<p>事前にお肉100gに対し料理酒(約20g)を軽く揉みこむことで臭みを抑えられます。<br />
小指の爪ほどの量のおろししょうが(2g)を加えて揉みこむことで、さらに臭みを抑えられます。</p>
<p>また、臭みがないだけじゃなく、脂のあまみを感じられる豚肉を活用することで、いつも以上に満足度が高いミルフィーユ鍋が作れます。</p>
